Working with SS&C Technologies, BNY Asset Solutions uses the platform to develop servicing systems throughout our product lines and to enhance the performance of our commercial real estate servicing responsibilities, such as Schedule B reporting.
The system offers simple interest loan processing capabilities and flexible reporting elements, allowing BNY Asset Solutions to support insurance company and bank loan portfolios, and to offer vendor-supported Commercial Mortgage Servicing Association (CMSA) reporting. LMS integrates all aspects of the loan management process, including Internet interaction, and offers a Window 32- bit local client/server system.
